What about licenses, insurance and permits?
We are registered with the Secretary of State, licensed by the City of Denver and Insured with a 1,000,000 policy against any liability that we may incur. We are responsible for applying for and will pay for all permits that are required by the city. We facilitate all inspections and provide full transparency of the entire inspection process. We are proud of our 100% ZERO claims record in our 7 year history.
What about our warranty?
We have one of the best warranties in the business. While most contractors offer only One Year, we fully stand behind our work and offer an unconditional Five Year warranty on all materials and labor. If something goes wrong, we will correct it… period! In the 7 years of finishing basements, we have had only a few cosmetic warranty issues with our projects.
