Company Philosophy

Company Vision and Philosophy

We are not your average company. Not even close. Our vision is bold, unique and creative. Call us idealists…you won’t hurt our feelings. We truly believe in our hearts that we’ll have a major impact on the planet. Not just with the families that we serve. Not just with the environmental impact we will have. We plan to go beyond those goals: we plan to revolutionize our industry. Just watch us. The question we hear all the time is “Why hasn’t this been done before”? We love that question. It inspires us. People say we can’t create an industry or change paradigms. We think we can. No corporate red tape here. We are driven by our ability to create and deliver a system that is essential and affordable to every homeowner. We want to create profits that are invested back into the community and create a sustainable, purpose driven company that can be replicated 1000 times to become a standard in the industry. We will model environmental stewardship and prove that each one of us can make a difference.

That’s not a marketing ploy; it is the soul of who we are and why we exist.

Founder

Founded by entrepreneur, Gregg Schulman, HouseTuner began with the unique  vision to create a purpose driven company that provides high-impact solutions to  homeowners, the community and the environment. Contributing to the sustainability of  the planet is no small task, but with a passionate founder and an extremely dedicated  team, HouseTuner is built to do just that.

Gregg has been dedicated to public service for years, even long before he became a  building contractor. He has always had a passion to enrich the lives of young people and  provide opportunities for creative expression. He truly believes that utilizing both passion and profits can lead to sustainable organizations that have a positive impact both locally and globally.

It was this belief, plus a technology background and a strong spirit to make a difference that launched Gregg into entrepreneurship in his home community in Denver as a building contractor. After years of providing construction services to area residents, his true calling came. He combined all of his experiences, talent and passions into one entity: HouseTuner. For Gregg, this opportunity is a dream come true.

In addition to being a social entrepreneur, Gregg is a passionate cyclist, seasoned chef, avid reader and deeply committed to personal achievement. He collects vintage & classic bikes, books,  domain names and tasty recipes. His passion for innovation is fueled by the exciting role technology now plays in improving our lives and businesses. But above all else, Gregg’s number one priorities in life are his incredibly supportive wife, Debbie, and their amazing kids, Jake and Leah.
